Not many people find their calling as a teenager, but Chef Ash knew at the tender age of 14, while helping her mother with catering jobs that the kitchen was her domain. The Louisiana native (Slidell) took her passion for curating meals and quickly turned it into a career path.

In 2019, she created “A Taste Of Chef Ash.” A multifaceted private chef that offers catering, meal prep, classes, and much more. A journey of highs and lows in an industry known to be fickle.
